STEVEN C. FUSTOLO, CPA
Mr. Fustolo is a partner with the Boston CPA firm of James J. Fox & Company and
Director of the National Tax Institute, Inc. He is a frequent lecturer and
author of numerous tax and accounting issues affecting closely held businesses.
An AICPA author, Mr. Fustolo’s articles are regularly featured in The Practical
Accountant and other publications. He is the author of Practice Issues:
Compilation and Review, Accounting and Auditing Reference Guide, Everything You
Never Wanted to Know About GAAP, Enron: Fraud, Deception and the Aftermath, FASB
Review for Industry, and FASB, SSARS and SAS Update and Review and numerous
other books and manuals that have been published by Practitioners Publishing
Company (PPC) and Commerce Clearing House (CCH). He is the recipient of several
Outstanding Discussion Leader awards from many professional organizations
including the New York and Florida Societies of CPAs. Mr. Fustolo’s course
entitled FASB, SSARS and SAS Update and Review continues to receive accolades
and is regarded as one of the top live CPE programs in the country today with
ratings that average 4.91 on a scale of 5.0. He speaks regularly for
professional groups including being a guest lecturer at the AICPA Advanced

DANNY SANTUCCI
Danny Santucci, BA, JD, is a prolific author of tax and financial books and
articles. His legal career started with the business and litigation firm of
Edwards, Edwards, and Ashton. Later he joined the Century City entertainment
firm of Bushkin, Gaims, Gaines, and Jonas working for many well-known
celebrities. In 1980, Danny established the law firm of Santucci, Potter, and
Leanders in Irvine, California. With increasing lecture and writing commitments,
Danny went into sole practice in 1995. His practice emphasizes business
taxation, real estate law, and estate planning. Speaking to more than 100 groups
nationally each year, he is known for spicing his extensive expertise with an
incredible sense of humor.
LEITA HART-FANTA
Leita Hart, CPA, CGFM converts the complex topics of accounting, finance,
auditing, and strategic planning into information that professionals can absorb
and use. The author of Accounting Demystified, The Four Principles of Happy Cash
Flow, and STEP-by-STEP: Building a Persuasive Audit Report, she worked five
years with the Texas State Auditor’s Office as both an auditor and a
communications specialist. She has owned and operated Leita Hart CPA &
Associates, a training and professional development company, since 1995. Her
clients include EDS, Dell Computer, First Data Corporation, Joseph Eves CPAs,
the Texas State Auditor’s Office, plus many others.
